Although I have made huge positive leaps with my health and fitness in the past 18 months, including losing 14lbs, I can’t help but feel that I am not fully satisfied with my body.
Don’t get me wrong I am over the moon that I pushed myself hard enough to make it this far and I would never change that for the world, but I’ve hit that infamous plateaux and I feel like the only way I can get out of it is with the help of some professionals. I’ve tried so many things already and nothing has got me the body I want that I can keep up in the long-term.

Once again the journalistic instinct in me said I had to research it more to make sure this was the right plan for me and after seeing countless amazing reviews and finding out that the plan is made to be a lifestyle rather than a diet, I knew this was it – this was the one.
And that’s what brings me to where I am right now, £44.99 less well off but with the new Bikini Guide’s wealth of knowledge under my belt and endless Tupperware boxes of meal prep in the fridge! I can’t wait to get started on Monday and I’ll be posting my progress on this blog every week. I now have to face 18 weeks of hard work and dedication and I am so ready! I think…
