Taking on the LDNM Bikini Guide V3

Although I have made huge positive leaps with my health and fitness in the past 18 months, including losing 14lbs, I can’t help but feel that I am not fully satisfied with my body.

Don’t get me wrong I am over the moon that I pushed myself hard enough to make it this far and I would never change that for the world, but I’ve hit that infamous plateaux and I feel like the only way I can get out of it is with the help of some professionals. I’ve tried so many things already and nothing has got me the body I want that I can keep up in the long-term.

This is me!
This is me!

After researching The Body Coach Joe Wicks’s (Mr Lean in 15) 90 day plan I was all ready to press that ‘sign up’ button. I love his Instagram videos and the transformations he posts are always incredible. I started researching some reviews because the decision to pay £147 isn’t something I could take lightly. Unfortunately the reviews I found weren’t what I expected because they mostly slated the plan for being unrealistic and hard to stick to.

Of course this doesn’t mean it isn’t a great plan because it, as everything, will work for some and not for others. But then out of the blue I remembered a friend who had done the LDNM Bikini Guide V3 and who had found it really enjoyable. She’d gained more defined abs right before my eyes! So I knew it worked.

Once again the journalistic instinct in me said I had to research it more to make sure this was the right plan for me and after seeing countless amazing reviews and finding out that the plan is made to be a lifestyle rather than a diet, I knew this was it – this was the one.

And that’s what brings me to where I am right now, £44.99 less well off but with the new Bikini Guide’s wealth of knowledge under my belt and endless Tupperware boxes of meal prep in the fridge! I can’t wait to get started on Monday and I’ll be posting my progress on this blog every week. I now have to face 18 weeks of hard work and dedication and I am so ready! I think…

Good luck!! I’m really excited to see how you get on as I was thinking about getting this plan as well I just didn’t want someone to tell me how to eat hahaha! x

Thanks Laura! That’s the thing it gives you a lot more freedom than most plans apart from the importance of weighing out your macros but that’s the key to getting lean really. They don’t give you certain things you have to eat and you get to eat quite a lot! Thanks for following and I’m glad I can test this out for you 😊 x

Hey Hun how did you work out your macros? x

Hey Jo! The Bikini Guide gives you these figures in relation to your weight and body type, so that’s how I got mine.

But the book Thinner, Leaner, Stronger by Michael Matthews provides the equations for working them out depending on your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) so will get you pretty accurate results. Let me know if you need any more info 🙂
